Zionist forces block 3,000 aid trucks from entering Gaza
Zionist occupation forces have prevented 3,000 aid trucks from entering Gaza over the past two weeks, according to a statement by the Government Media Office in Gaza.
In a statement released on Telegram, the office also claimed that the israeli army has barred 690 sick and wounded individuals from traveling abroad for medical treatment due to the closure of the Rafah and Karem Abu Salem (Kerem Shalom) crossings.
“This constitutes a clear danger in light of the collapse of the health system [in Gaza],” the statement said.
The Government Media Office criticized the international response, stating: “The American administration, the European Union, and the international community did not do their duty and did not exercise the role required of them to prevent genocide.”
The office further accused the international community of giving Israel “the green light to continue the crime of genocide,” and called for increased pressure on Israel to halt what they described as a “genocidal war.”
This blockade and restriction on medical evacuations come amid escalating tensions and deteriorating humanitarian conditions in Gaza. The ongoing conflict has severely strained Gaza’s healthcare infrastructure, exacerbating the crisis for those in need of urgent medical care.
International humanitarian organizations have repeatedly called for unimpeded access to deliver aid and provide medical treatment to the residents of Gaza. The situation remains critical as efforts to negotiate the opening of the crossings continue. (ILKHA)
