Al-Qassam Brigades destroy 100 Israeli military vehicles in 10 days
The spokesperson for Hamas' military wing, the Al-Qassam Brigades, Abu Obeida, announced that the resistance forces have destroyed 100 Israeli military vehicles over the past ten days.
Abu Obeida emphasized that the people of Gaza and their resistance have been engaged in an unequal war, fiercely defending themselves against what he described as brutal Israeli occupation for the past 32 weeks. He accused the Israeli government of committing heinous crimes and using terror and systematic criminality as a strategy in their aggression against Gaza.
"The enemy and its Nazi government practiced the most heinous crimes of extermination," Abu Obeida stated, condemning the Israeli military actions as they continue their ground offensive in regions such as Rafah, the Zaytoun neighborhood, and Jabalia. He asserted that Israeli forces have faced fiercer resistance than expected, despite extensive military efforts.
The spokesperson for the Al-Qassam Brigades also praised the broader regional support for their cause, extending salutes to fighters in Lebanon, Yemen, and Iraq. He reiterated the resistance's determination to stand firm against Israeli advancements, boasting about the significant damage inflicted on Israeli military assets and personnel.
Abu Obeida noted that the Israeli occupation has suffered substantial losses, with dozens of soldiers reportedly killed, and accused the Israeli government of downplaying these casualties. He detailed the resistance's tactics, which include the use of tunnels, minefields, and other strategic measures to counter the Israeli offensive.
"Our fighters are confronting the enemy with great momentum [...] blowing up buildings, tunnel openings, and minefields," he said. "Despite the war of starvation, destruction, and killing, our resistance, and behind it our people, are coming out in front of the enemy from everywhere; our fighters face a trembling, floundering force, and return it broken and disappointed."
In conclusion, Abu Obeida commended the resilience of the Palestinian people and the fighters, who continue to stand unwaveringly against Israeli military actions after 224 days of conflict. (ILKHA)
