The UN employee was killed near the European hospital east of Khan Yunis city in the southern Strip, as confirmed by official Israeli media outlets. The relentless aggression has been carried out by land, sea, and air.

In a separate incident, a Palestinian driver was killed and a staff member of the World Health Organization (WHO) was injured in Israeli shelling targeting the eastern part of Rafah to the south.

Medical sources have reported the wounding of two UN workers, including one critically, at the Rafah crossing in the southern Gaza Strip.

The death toll of the Israeli aggression on the Strip since October 7 has risen to 35,091, with over 78,827 people wounded. Ambulance and rescue teams have continuously reported their inability to reach thousands of victims who are still trapped under the rubble or scattered on roads.
