Gaza's nightmare continues: Israeli bombardment claims lives, causes devastation
The Israeli occupation warplanes intensified since early dawn on Thursday their aerial strikes on different parts of Gaza City and the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, causing several casualties and massive destruction to property.
Local sources reported that the occupation war boats bombed the homes of civilians in the al-Shati (Beach) refugee camp to the west of Gaza City.
The Israeli occupation also shelled a residential apartment and a school in the Nuseirat refugee camp, killing five people and causing injuries to several others.
Israeli warplanes planes launched a series of fire belts on the northern part of the Nuseirat camp, targeting two mosques there.
The occupation military tanks also infiltrated the northern part of the said camp, amid the use of combat helicopters, destroying a large number of residential towers in the Zahra area.
The total number of civilians killed since the onset of the Israeli aggression on October 7 has risen to 33,482. Around 76,049 people were injured and thousands remain missing under rubble or scattered on the roads, as ambulances and rescue teams continue to warn of their inability to reach them. (ILKHA)
