Turkish and Iranian Foreign Ministers discuss regional issues over phone call
The Foreign Minister of Turkey, had a telephonic conversation with his Iranian counterpart, Hossein Amir Abdullahiyan.
The ministers discussed a range of issues, including the recent attack on the Iranian Consulate in Damascus by the zionist regime.
The ministers also expressed their concerns over the attacks on the Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank. They deliberated on the bilateral relations between Turkey and Iran, along with other regional issues.
In addition to the above, the foreign ministers of Iran and Turkey also discussed the possibility of diplomatic contacts in the regional and international arena. The aim is to exert pressure on the Zionist regime to accept a ceasefire and put an end to the ongoing war in Gaza.
