Turkish forces eliminate 12 PKK members in northern Iraq
The Turkish Ministry of National Defence announced the elimination of 12 members of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) in a statement released Saturday.
The operation took place in the Metina region of northern Iraq, which falls within the ongoing Claw-Lock Operation zone. The Ministry confirmed that the operation was successful and neutralized the targeted PKK members.
The statement also indicated that Turkish forces are continuing operations in the region. (ILKHA)
