Prophet’s Lovers Foundation demands immediate end to Gaza genocide
The Prophet’s Lovers Foundation (PLF) has held weekly rallies in Diyarbakır to denounce the ongoing Israeli attacks on Gaza and express solidarity with the Palestinians.
Dr. Sertaç Tekdal, representing the PLF, delivered a press release after Friday prayers outside the Grand Mosque. Tekdal emphasized the plight of Gazans facing oppression and hardship, particularly during the holy month of Ramadan.
Tekdal criticized the silence of the Muslim world and international actors in the face of the israeli atrocities. He condemned not only the violence but also the lack of action to alleviate the humanitarian crisis. Tekdal questioned the conscience of those who prioritize economic interests over human rights.
Tekdal compared the situation in Gaza to historical struggles between good and evil. He lamented that the so-called "civilized world" has resorted to tactics reminiscent of oppressive figures like Pharaoh and Nimrod.
Tekdal urged the Islamic world to unite and take concrete steps to stop the violence. He called for a global movement based on conscience and mercy to confront the Israeli occupation.
The PLF reiterated its unwavering support for the Palestinian cause. Tekdal declared the foundation's readiness to make any sacrifice necessary for the liberation of Palestine and Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Tekdal urged Islamic leaders to break their silence and take decisive action. He called for the establishment of a humanitarian corridor, the severing of ties with Israel, and a ceasefire by Eid al-Fitr.
The PLF reaffirmed its commitment to the Palestinian struggle. Tekdal declared the foundation's unwavering support for all legitimate actions leading to Palestinian liberation and the sanctity of Al-Aqsa Mosque. (ILKHA)
