In a joint statement, the scholars emphasized the critical importance of the "Aqsa and Gaza" call, underscoring the need for the Muslim community worldwide to fully understand and adhere to its principles.

Citing a verse from Surah Al-Baqarah (2:159), the scholars highlighted the divine obligation to uphold Sharia law and defend the truth against aggression and injustice. They stressed the responsibility of all Muslims to stand in solidarity with the oppressed Palestinians and resist the illegal occupation of Al-Aqsa Mosque and Palestinian lands.

Deeply concerned by the ongoing israeli aggression against Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Palestinian people, the scholars condemned it as a blatant violation of human rights and international law. They decried the Israeli regime's atrocities, which have resulted in the loss of innocent lives, including women and children.

In response to these egregious violations, the scholars issued 11 comprehensive principles, referred to as Sharia fixatives, to guide the Muslim community in their defense of truth and justice. These principles encompass various aspects, such as the sanctity of Palestinian land, the obligation of jihad to support Gaza, and the necessity of boycotting products from entities that support the oppressor regime.

Furthermore, the scholars called upon Muslims worldwide to mobilize their resources and capabilities to support the Palestinian cause. They emphasized the importance of raising awareness, organizing protests, and utilizing diplomatic channels to pressure governments and international organizations into taking decisive action against Israeli aggression.

The scholars concluded by urging the dissemination of the fatwa across all social media platforms and calling for Muslim unity in solidarity with the Palestinian people in their struggle for freedom, justice, and self-determination. (ILKHA)
