Speaking at the opening of his election campaign office in the Yenişehir district, Dinç pledged to establish Kurmanji and Zazaki language courses in every neighborhood. This initiative aims to revitalize and preserve these minority languages, which face the risk of fading away in future generations.

Dinç went beyond cultural preservation, also expressing strong criticism of the city's current state. He lamented the lack of a functional city hospital and a functioning tram system, comparing Diyarbakır's infrastructure unfavorably to smaller towns in the region.

"Our beautiful and ancient city has not received the value it deserves," Dinç declared. "It has been said for years that a city hospital is being built in this city, and according to its schedule, this city hospital has been serving for 7 years and was supposed to be renovated. However, there is no city hospital around. Similarly, it was said that a tram would be built in this city, the project was completed, but there is no tram around. The highway has reached Şanlıurfa and stopped there; it does not come to this side. This country is somewhat helpless. There are trams, subways, high-speed trains, and cable cars in big cities, but we still don't have them in our country."

Dinç's campaign rhetoric extends beyond infrastructure concerns. He also emphasized his commitment to upholding religious values and cultural identity, stating: "We will support both our religion and mother language and our values." He specifically mentioned prominent figures like Sheikh Said and Bediüzzaman Said-i Nursi, revered within Kurdish and religious circles in Turkey.

Furthermore, Dinç addressed the pressing issue of youth unemployment, promising to create job opportunities through "HÜDA PAR municipalism," a potential reference to the party's specific approach to local governance. He stated: "Our young people are facing corruption. Neither you nor we are satisfied with the current situation. Our young people have to seek bread at the doors of others a thousand kilometers away. God willing, we will make employment efforts for our young people in HÜDA PAR municipalism. Our young people will earn their bread in front of their own doors."

Dinç's campaign platform offers a blend of cultural preservation, focus on religious values, and addressing infrastructure shortcomings. His stance on language courses and his emphasis on religious figures have sparked conversation, and it remains to be seen how these promises, alongside his plans for job creation and improved infrastructure, will resonate with voters in the upcoming elections.
