The official emphasized that Hamas will not accept any conditions or dictates from the United States or the israeli regime.

Speaking to London-based news outlet Al-Araby Al-Jadeed on the condition of anonymity, the Hamas official stated that the deadline for talks on a prisoner swap is set for March 10. They added that Hamas will not comply with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's plans, which they allege aim to exploit the lives of Palestinian people to alleviate pressure on his government.

The continuation of indirect talks, the official noted, hinges on the willingness of the other party to meet the Palestinians' demands. The official underscored that this round of negotiations in Cairo represents the last opportunity before Ramadan, emphasizing that this stance will not change if an agreement is not reached by then.

Furthermore, Hamas and other resistance groups have asserted that they will not disclose information on Israeli captives in Gaza unless the regime addresses the suffering of people in the besieged strip and implements a comprehensive ceasefire. The official reiterated Hamas's clear demands, which must be met by the occupiers to facilitate the release of their captives.

Meanwhile, Israeli media reports indicate that Netanyahu's cabinet will not engage in negotiations until Hamas provides a list of living captives. The Israeli regime claims that there are 134 captives, including 31 deceased individuals and six American nationals, held by the Palestinian resistance in the Gaza Strip. (ILKHA)
