Hamas delegation meets Russian Deputy Minister in Moscow
A delegation from the Hamas Movement engaged in discussions with Mikhail Bogdanov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Special Representative of the President of Russia for the Middle East, in Moscow on Friday.
The Hamas delegation, led by political bureau member Mousa Abu Marzouk and including Husam Badran, conveyed gratitude to Russia for its supportive stance on the Palestinian question and for hosting meetings for Palestinian factions.
During the meeting, the delegates briefed Bogdanov on the ongoing Israeli aggression in Gaza and its impact on civilians, reiterating Hamas's commitment to resisting until the liberation of Palestine.
Earlier in the day, Palestinian factions, after concluding their meetings in Moscow, released a statement reaffirming their determination to confront Israeli aggression. They denounced what they described as a genocidal war supported by the US and emphasized the illegality of settlement expansion in Gaza, the West Bank, and Jerusalem according to UN resolutions.
