The factions issued a joint statement following a three-day inter-Palestinian gathering initiated by Russia that aimed to foster consensus among different factions regarding the situation in Gaza.

The statement addressed the plight of Palestinian detainees held by israel, expressing full support for their liberation. Additionally, the factions affirmed their commitment to protecting the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), acknowledging its crucial role in supporting Palestinian refugees.
