Representatives from various Palestinian political parties and resistance factions, including Hamas, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), make up the Follow-up Committee for National and Islamic Forces. They emphasized that the massacre underscores the terror of the Israeli occupation and its determination to commit acts of genocide, challenging international decisions.

The Committee urged the international community, particularly the United States, to take urgent action to halt Israeli aggression and end the killing and genocide inflicted on the Palestinian people. They called on the UN Security Council and the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to intervene immediately to compel Israel to cease its aggression in Gaza.

Additionally, the Committee called for the cessation of all forms of support to the Zionist occupation by Arab and Islamic countries through maritime, land, and air routes.
