Zionist army reports 26 soldiers injured in Gaza clashes
The zionist occupation army reported on Wednesday that another 26 soldiers were injured in clashes in the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours.
According to figures released by the army, a total of 1,429 soldiers have been wounded since Israel expanded its ground offensive in the Gaza Strip on October 27, 2023.
Since the conflict began on October 7, military figures show that at least 582 soldiers have been killed and 3,007 others injured.
Zionist regime initiated a deadly offensive on the Gaza Strip following a cross-border attack by the Palestinian resistance group Hamas on October 7.
During the same period, at least 29,954 Palestinians have been killed and over 70,300 others injured, while nearly 1,200 Israelis are believed to have been killed in the Hamas operation.
The ongoing Israeli war has led to 85% of Gaza’s population being internally displaced, amid acute shortages of food, clean water, and medicine. Additionally, 60% of the enclave's infrastructure has been damaged or destroyed, according to the UN. (ILKHA)
