Turkish President Erdogan offers condolences to Kurdish leader on sister's passing
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan expressed his condolences to Massoud Barzani, President of the Iraqi Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP), following the death of Barzani's sister, Zakia Mela Mustafa Barzani.
