Addressing the International Conference on Climate Change (ICCC) at Nangarhar University, Kabir asserted that Afghanistan's political and commercial ties with various countries around the world signify recognition of the country's current government.

Emphasizing the pivotal role of the Islamic Emirate in ensuring stability, Kabir stated: "Without the Islamic Emirate, no one can guarantee that Afghanistan's soil will not be used against other countries." He highlighted the presence of representative offices, embassies, and open commercial ports as indicators of official recognition.

Moreover, Kabir pledged to enhance Afghanistan's relations with the international community, affirming the Islamic Emirate's commitment to prevent the misuse of Afghan territory against neighboring countries and the global community.

Criticizing NATO's two-decade presence in Afghanistan, Kabir stressed that neither the Islamic Emirate nor the Afghan people would permit foreign military presence in the country again. He emphasized Afghanistan's historically peaceful nature and the desire to avoid causing trouble for the world.

Acting Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, Mullah Mohammad Younus Akhundzada, echoed Kabir's sentiments, affirming that the Islamic government is ensuring security across the nation and working towards self-sufficiency in various sectors.

Efforts are ongoing to bolster Afghanistan's independence and resilience, as articulated by officials of the Islamic Emirate. (ILKHA)
