Early this morning, israeli warplanes targeted a residential building in the Al-Mashaala neighborhood in Deir Al-Balah, central Gaza. Simultaneously, israeli artillery shelled the town of Al-Zawaida, along with the neighboring Nusseirat and Al-Bureij refugee camps, resulting in multiple casualties.

In the southern province of Khan Yunis, over 30 bodies of martyrs arrived at hospitals in the city due to the ongoing Israeli airstrikes across various parts of the region. Additionally, israeli air force conducted intense raids in the central area of Khan Yunis, targeting ambulance and rescue crews as they attempted to transport the wounded and retrieve the martyrs.

Tragedy struck earlier last night when an israeli airstrike targeted a residence in the Shawka area, east of Rafah in southern Gaza, resulting in the death of nine civilians and injuries to others. The Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that its teams transported nine martyrs during the Israeli targeting of the Abu Senema family home in the neighborhood.

As the conflict intensifies, displaced families seeking shelter in UN schools in northern Gaza are facing dire conditions exacerbated by the ongoing israeli blockade. The blockade, preventing fuel deliveries to municipalities, has caused a halt to essential services.

In a preliminary toll, the continuous Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7 has led to the tragic loss of 23,469 lives, predominantly women and children, with approximately 60,000 people wounded. Shockingly, nearly 8,000 people remain unaccounted for, raising concerns about the humanitarian crisis unfolding in the region.

The international community is closely monitoring the situation, urging an immediate ceasefire and humanitarian aid to address the growing crisis in Gaza. (ILKHA)
