The Resistance fighters utilized Tandem and al-Yassin 105 projectiles in the attack, resulting in the deaths and injuries of Israeli soldiers barricaded in a building in the area.
In a separate significant operation, al-Qassam reported successfully luring an Israeli special force into a house in Beit Hanoun, north of Gaza, and demolishing it with anti-personnel IEDs, stun grenades, and a Shawaz armor-piercing explosive, leading to the complete annihilation of the Israeli force.
The Brigades also detonated a boobytrapped tunnel in an israeli force comprising eight soldiers east of the al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza, causing casualties among its members.
