The brutal offensive resulted in unprecedented human losses and widespread destruction of buildings and infrastructure.

Director of the Media Office, Ismail Thawabta, highlighted the gravity of the situation, stating: "The Gaza Strip needs 1,000 aid trucks daily to recover, and civil defense equipment and vehicles, as well as medical devices." Thawabta emphasized that the health sector in Gaza has collapsed entirely, underscoring the critical need for immediate assistance.

Al-Shifa Hospital, a key medical facility in Gaza, is facing an acute fuel shortage and requires 12,000 liters of fuel every day, according to Thawabta. He painted a dire picture of the current situation, stating, "All aspects of life have come to a halt, and we are facing a catastrophe that could occur at any moment."

The Palestinian official stressed the urgency of meeting Gaza's fuel needs to prevent further deterioration of living conditions. Thawabta also pointed out that the recent truce has unveiled the extensive destruction, particularly in Gaza City and northern areas. He issued a warning about Israeli intentions, alleging plans to displace the entire population of Gaza City and northern Gaza.

The revelations from the Government Media Office shed light on the immediate challenges facing Gaza's residents and underscore the pressing need for international assistance to address the humanitarian crisis unfolding in the region. (ILKHA)
