Yapıcıoğlu participated in the event held at the Zübeyde Hanım Cultural Center in Fatih, underlining that the revival of Muslim individuals and societies, along with liberation from various constraints, is attainable through prayer.

In his speech, Yapıcıoğlu emphasized that the rejuvenation of Muslim individuals and society, as well as the liberation from various constraints, could only be achieved through prayer, the faithful practice of prayer, and the revival of Muslims through this essential act of worship.

Yapıcıoğlu stated: "It is impossible to enslave people who devoutly perform the five daily prayers and declare 'Iyake na'budu wa iyake nestain' (We worship You alone, our servitude is only to You, and we seek help only from You) while prostrating themselves in submission. Such individuals cannot be turned into slaves or servants in the absolute sense. This is why those who seek to subjugate people and make them serve something other than Allah are always troubled by the act of prayer, which represents the pinnacle of servitude to Allah. The Quran underscores this reality: 'Ereeytellezi yenha abden iza sella' (Have you seen anyone preventing or forbidding a servant when he prays?)."

He continued: "If we pay attention, this verse also points to an important truth. Prayer not only purifies one's own soul from evil but also has a broader societal impact in preventing evil. This is contingent upon understanding the significance and meaning of the prayers we perform."

Yapıcıoğlu further explained that prayer plays a crucial role in curbing immorality and evil, and therefore, systems and societies that thrive on immorality and evil often impose restrictions on prayer and hijab, particularly on younger generations.

He concluded his speech by expressing his hope for the workshop's success and thanking those who contributed to the event. (ILKHA)
