Türkiye sends 213 tons of humanitarian aid to Gaza

The aid materials were transported to Egypt by five A400M and one C-130 aircraft on October 23, 24 and 25, following the directives of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Rear Admiral Zeki Aktürk, Press and Public Relations Advisor, said at a weekly press briefing.

Aktürk also called for an immediate end to the conflicts between Israel and Palestine and the attacks on civilians in Gaza, and urged for a humanitarian ceasefire.

He said Ankara continues to do its part in humanitarian aid and to take the necessary initiatives for a permanent solution under the leadership of Erdoğan. (ILKHA)
