Turkish consumer confidence index rises to 74.6 in October

The Turkish Statistical Institute has reported a notable increase in the Consumer Confidence Index, with the latest figure standing at 74.6, according to an official statement released on Monday.

This index is calculated based on data collected through the consumer tendency survey, conducted in collaboration between the Turkish Statistical Institute and the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye.

Notably, the Consumer Confidence Index saw a marked improvement, increasing by 4.4% in October, rising from 71.5 in September to its current level of 74.6.

The rise in consumer confidence reflects the sentiments and expectations of Turkish consumers regarding the country's economic and financial outlook.
