Iran's Foreign Ministry reiterates unwavering support for Palestinian resistance

Foreign Ministry spokesperson Nasser Kan'ani asserted: "The Islamic Republic has always been and will always be supportive of the Resistance and against the occupation."

Kan'ani emphasized that Tehran remains committed to advocating for "the oppressed and resistant people of Palestine's obvious and natural rights against the bogus and usurping Israeli regime."

These remarks follow the zionist regime's unprecedented move to call up 300,000 reservists, declaring a "long" war on Gaza in response to Operation al-Aqsa Storm. Launched by Palestinian Resistance movements based in Gaza, the operation began on October 7 as a reaction to the israeli regime's decades-long campaign of violence and devastation against Palestinians.

The ongoing conflict has resulted in a staggering toll, with reports indicating that as many as 2,670 people have lost their lives, and nearly 10,000 others have been injured since the regime initiated its aggressive offensive against the coastal territory. (ILKHA)
