Turkish airstrike kills 5 PKK members in northern Iraq

The Turkish Defense Ministry has confirmed that 5 PKK members were killed in an airstrike on the Claw-Lock Operation zone in northern Iraq.

“Our operations against the PKK terror organization in northern Iraq continue unabated. 5 PKK terrorists detected in the Claw-Lock Operation area were neutralized with an air operation,” the ministry said in a statement on Sunday.

The ministry also reiterated Türkiye’s commitment to continuing the fight against PKK members. (ILKHA)
