He also highlighted the exceptional state of Uzbek-Azerbaijani relations, describing them as being at an unprecedented level in history.

Safoyev noted that the relationship between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan has reached new heights, with President Ilham Aliyev making three visits to Uzbekistan within a single year, a first in their diplomatic history. He emphasized the strengthening of political dialogue, mutual understanding, and the development of economic ties between the two countries.

During his remarks, Safoyev pointed out significant developments in the region, such as the opening of a school in Fuzuli during President Shavkat Mirziyoyev's recent visits to Azerbaijan. He personally accompanied President Mirziyoyev on these visits, where they observed both the destruction caused by Armenia over three decades and the rapid revival of Karabakh by Azerbaijan.

Uzbekistan has consistently expressed its clear position in support of Azerbaijan's legitimate struggle for territorial integrity. Safoyev expressed his satisfaction with Azerbaijan's achievements in various domains and its unwavering commitment to justice. He applauded Azerbaijan's resolve to restore and protect its territorial integrity, despite the challenges it faces.

In conclusion, Safoyev expressed confidence that Azerbaijan will transform Karabakh into a world-renowned destination, and the historic city of Shusha will open its doors to welcome visitors from across the globe to enjoy its beauty. (ILKHA)
