Turkish forces neutralize 12 PKK/YPG members in northern Syria

The statement said that the PKK/YPG members were neutralized in a successful operation after they opened harassing fire on the area.

The Defense Ministry uses the word "neutralized" in its statements instead of "killed", "captured", or "surrendered". (ILKHA)
