Afghan FM stresses importance of constructive relationships with international community

The meeting took place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs headquarters, where Muttaqi discussed the current state of the country, highlighting the positive developments that have occurred since the Islamic Emirate regained power. These developments included the strengthening of national security, achieving stability, and making progress in the economic sphere.

Muttaqi stressed that establishing constructive relationships with the international community stands as a primary objective of Afghanistan's foreign policy under the Islamic Emirate's leadership. He said that the Islamic Emirate is committed to working with the international community to address common challenges, such as terrorism, drug trafficking, and climate change.

The British scholars expressed their appreciation for the meeting and said that they were impressed by the progress that has been made in Afghanistan since the Islamic Emirate regained power.
