Ukrainian armed forces liberate village of Staromayorske in Donetsk Region

President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, made the announcement through a video released on the messaging platform Telegram.

In the video, jubilant fighters belonging to the 35th Brigade conveyed the news of the village's liberation, accompanied by members of the Arey territorial defense battalion. The operation showcased the determination and valor of the Ukrainian forces in their efforts to secure the region.

President Zelensky expressed his pride and appreciation for the soldiers' bravery in a message posted alongside the video on Telegram, exclaiming, "Our South! Our guys! Glory to Ukraine!"
