The meeting was held to discuss the challenges faced by the youth in Herat and the Islamic Emirate's plans to address them.

Mujahid highlighted the efforts made by the Islamic Emirate to create job opportunities for young people, noting that approximately 150,000 youths are currently employed in the country's mining sector.

He also assured the attendees that the Islamic Emirate fully supports the initiatives of young people and considers itself aligned with their aspirations.

The youths of Herat presented a number of demands to Mujahid, including the establishment of a permanent exhibition and market for young entrepreneurs, the creation of an investment town specifically for youth businessmen, and the formation of an advisory board to address the needs of Herat's youth.

They also urged the Islamic Emirate to take measures to prevent youth from leaving the country and to create a dedicated commission to facilitate the return of young individuals who had previously left Afghanistan.

Mujahid responded by praising the youth as the pillars of the nation and emphasizing their critical role in the progress and development of the country. He assured the attendees that their voices would be heard, and efforts would be made to address their needs and aspirations. (ILKHA)
