The protestors gathered before the israeli Embassy headquarters, condemning the brutal israeli crimes committed against Palestinian women and children in Jenin.
In his speech at the rally, Former Labor Party leader, Jeremy Corbyn, stressed his opposition to israeli attacks and solidarity with the Palestinian people, denouncing the israeli claims that it didn’t target unarmed Palestinian citizens as completely false.
For his part, the head of the Palestine Forum in Britain, Ziyad al-Aloul, underlined that at least 12 Palestinians were killed and more than 100 were injured in the latest offensive on Jenin.
Al-Aloul called on the international community to stop the policy of double standards and support the Palestinian people and their just cause.
The Palestine Solidarity Campaign, the Palestine Forum in Britain, Stop the War Coalition, and Friends of Al-Aqsa Foundation, in addition to the Muslim League in Britain had called for organizing the rally in support of the Palestinian people in Jenin City and its refugee camp. (ILKHA)
