Startling video footage captured a towering plume of black smoke emanating from within the amusement park, leaving onlookers in awe as they watched the flames from a distance.

Authorities confirmed that the massive blaze erupted at approximately 4:40 PM local time, necessitating the evacuation of approximately 25,000 people.

Firefighters swiftly responded to the scene, working tirelessly to bring the inferno at the park, situated in the town of Rust near the French border, under control.

At present, no information regarding any injuries has been reported, according to local sources.

Europa-Park, a renowned tourist destination, attracted over six million visitors last year, predominantly from Germany, France, and Switzerland.

The expansive park boasts 16 distinct areas, each themed after various European countries, as well as three fantasy-inspired settings.
