Türkiye condemns zionist regime's illegal settlement activities

The Turkish Foreign Ministry has released a statement expressing strong condemnation for Israel's illegal settlement activities in the occupied Palestinian territories.

The ministry specifically highlighted the zionist authorities' plans to construct 4,500 new settlement units in at least 19 locations in the West Bank.

In its press release, the ministry emphasized that these actions by the israeli government not only undermine the prospects of achieving a lasting peace but also blatantly violate international law and established United Nations parameters. Türkiye categorically rejects such measures as unacceptable.

Furthermore, the ministry reaffirmed Turkey's unwavering commitment to supporting efforts aimed at establishing an independent, sovereign, and contiguous State of Palestine.
