During a televised interview, Yaqoob Mujahid strongly denied the reports by international organizations regarding human rights violations in Panjshir, labeling them as untrue.

“As someone who has served within the system for a significant period, I possess firsthand knowledge. There are no divisions, opposition, or confrontations that would undermine the system. These claims are merely part of a propaganda campaign against us,” he asserted.

Regarding allegations of human rights abuses, Yaqoob Mujahid questioned the validity of such claims in Panjshir. He asked for concrete evidence, challenging the false reports, slander, and propaganda being circulated. He further emphasized the importance of reliable and impartial institutions in broadcasting accurate information.

The acting defense minister also drew attention to the United States' repeated violations of Afghan airspace. He regarded these actions as a breach of the Doha Agreement, highlighting the ongoing occupation of Afghan airspace by American forces.

“Our airspace continues to be violated by the Americans, which is a clear violation of the Doha Agreement. This issue has been raised in the past as well,” Yaqoob Mujahid stated.

When asked about the future of Afghanistan in five years, the acting defense minister expressed his hopes for national development and the resolution of educational challenges, emphasizing the importance of progress in these areas. (ILKHA)
