Expressing gratitude for the aid provided by UN organizations, Foreign Minister Muttaqi emphasized Afghanistan's potential to stand on its own feet and achieve self-sufficiency through its abundant natural resources. Despite the impact of four decades of war, Afghanistan now requires the support of the international community to fully realize its potential.

Representatives from Afghanistan's government organs pledged their cooperation with UN organizations and charitable donors. They emphasized the importance of transparency in aid distribution and project implementation, requesting the collaboration of UN officials with relevant ministries to ensure efficient and effective delivery.

As a result of the meeting, a joint coordination committee will be established between the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan's relevant departments and UN organizations. This committee will foster ongoing cooperation and collaboration to address the country's needs and promote sustainable development.
