Flood warning issued for Tokat, Samsun, and Ordu in Türkiye's Black Sea region

According to the latest meteorological forecasts, there will be intense thunderstorms, with rainfall ranging from 21 to 50 kilograms per square meter. These storms are expected to primarily affect Tokat, the eastern areas of Samsun, and the inland parts of Ordu, starting from noon today.
