According to Der Spiegel, the aid package will include 30 Leopard 1 battle tanks, 20 Marder infantry fighting vehicles, 15 Gepard anti-aircraft tanks, and approximately 100 armored vehicles.
In addition, Germany plans to enhance Ukraine's air defenses by sending up to 200 surveillance and reconnaissance drones and four additional IRIS-T anti-aircraft missile systems.
Over the past months, Germany has increased its military support to Ukraine in response to pressure from the United States and other allies.
