Fortunately, no one was injured, and the police immediately launched an investigation.

In a press statement, AK Party Mersin Deputy Candidate Faruk Dinç condemned the attack and blamed the Republican People's Party (CHP) and Ankara Mayor Mansur Yavaş's smear campaign against the HÜDA PAR party for inciting the violence.

“Our party, HÜDA PAR, is constantly targeted by dark circles who cannot digest the increase in support for our party. They are attempting to marginalize our party in the eyes of the people. As a result, they are creating outrageous lies about our party through organizations that appear to be taking orders from a single command center. They are attempting to associate our party with events that have never occurred historically, and these lies are being spread in political arenas by the same center,” said Faruk Dinç, HÜDA PAR’s Mersin Deputy Candidate, who will run on the AK Party ticket in the legislative vote.

Dinç stressed that the public does not approve of the disgusting efforts of the dark-minded individuals and their followers. Instead, these deceitful attacks serve to enhance the people's trust and support for their party. “The fact that the CHP and some of its partners continue with these filthy provocations, even though they are aware that it may lead to provocative acts of violence with serious consequences, raises doubts in the minds of the public.”

Dinç responded to the comments made by Ankara Metropolitan Mayor Mansur Yavaş by stating that "We are aware that the absurd statements made by a CHP member named Mansur Yavaş, whose previous remarks about the Kurds had a hint of fascism, were used intentionally."

“Indeed, the said person must have lost his mind to equate our legitimate political party, HÜDA PAR, which operates within legal boundaries, with the illegal terrorist organization PKK, which has a history of massacres and atrocities. Furthermore, he promised to eradicate our party, as if this irrational comparison was not enough. To compare HÜDA PAR with an illegal organization that is associated with killings and murders is simply foolishness. Mansur Yavaş's threats against a legal political party, 'I will eradicate its roots,' indicate that he has not yet rid himself of his fascist roots,” Dinç added.

“Our party, which has suffered greatly for the sake of its beliefs, cannot be subdued by any threat,” Dinç emphasized.

In conclusion, Dinç stated: “Finally, we would like to say to the dark forces who feed on chaos, carry out and make efforts to carry out this attack: Everyone should come to their senses and be careful. We have never surrendered to gangs like you before, nor do we intend to do so in the future. No threat can subdue this community, which has paid a great price for the cause it believes in! You know this better than anyone else. We want to emphasize here that those who spread provocative lies and slanders against us, those who disseminate disinformation, and those who express their baseless delusions about our party in their rallies, meetings, and assemblies are also responsible for any incidents that may occur from now on. You tried to intimidate our party with your savage gangs on October 6-8, but you failed, and now, with Allah's help, you will fail again. On the night of May 14, we will witness together how your asymmetric and treacherous attacks will come to naught.” (ILKHA)
