In press remarks on Wednesday, Aruri called the israeli aggression against Muslim worshipers at the Aqsa Mosque last night and at dawn today a “major crime that will be strongly responded to by the Palestinian people and their resistance.”

The Hamas official urged the Palestinians from across the occupied territories to respond with all means in their possession to “this heinous crime.”

“This response is necessary for everyone, especially the criminal fascist Zionist government, to know that they would pay dearly for any harm coming to the Islamic holy sites and that the ground under their feet would be set aflame,” he underscored.

Dozens of Muslim worshipers were injured and over 400 others were arrested during violent zionist police raids on the Aqsa Mosque last night and at dawn Wednesday, according to al-Qastal News website. (ILKHA)
