UN Chief to visit Ukraine to meet Zelensky- Spokesman

“The Secretary-General has just arrived in Poland on his way to Ukraine,” Stephane Dujarric said in a statement

“On Wednesday morning he will meet President Volodymir Zelensky in Kyiv to discuss the continuation of the Black Sea Grain Initiative in all its aspects, as well as other pertinent issues.”

Dujarric noted that “this is the Secretary-General’s third visit to Ukraine in the last year”.

Guterres will be back in United Nations headquarters in New York on Thursday afternoon, he added. (ILKHA)
