European Union says it will not support any resistance in Afghanistan

“The European Union will not support any armed resistance in Afghanistan,” said the EU Special Representative for Afghanistan Nicholson.

He underscored that the EU does not support any resistance in Afghanistan, neither armed resistance nor political resistance to the current system.

EU representative Thomas Nicholson noted that Afghanistan has experienced years of violence and now ground opportunities provided to end this violence.

Lately, many countries, including Iran, Russia, the US, and Norway have said that they do not support any resistance in Afghanistan.

These statements have been made while the Islamic Emirate has no military opposition, and those who raise the call abroad have nothing to do with them. (ILKHA)
