U.S. Secretary of State holds phone call with Ukrainian Foreign Minister

“Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken spoke today with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba.  The two discussed the Secretary’s recent brief conversation with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on the margins of the G20 Foreign Ministers’ Meeting in New Delhi, India.  The Secretary underscored to Foreign Minister Kuleba the United States’ enduring support for Ukraine as it defends itself against Russia’s brutal attacks, including the ongoing targeting of civilian infrastructure and resulting civilian casualties,” the state department said.
