According to local media sources, an israeli warplane bombed a resistance post in the west of Gaza City.

In central Gaza, four air-to-surface missiles targeted a resistance post near the entrance of al-Bureij refugee camp.

The airstrikes reportedly caused damage to several homes near the bombed sites. The attacks sent plumes of black smoke rising over one of the targeted locations north of Gaza City.

For its part, the Palestinian resistance fired anti-aircraft guns at the warplanes as they were overflying Gaza.

A spokesperson for the zionist army claimed the air raids were in response to rocket fire from Gaza last night.

Gaza resistance factions said their rocket fire was in retaliation for the deadly Israeli raid in Nablus on Wednesday that claimed the lives of at least 11 citizens and injured over 100 others.

According to the Hebrew media, rockets fired from Gaza lit up the night sky and triggered sirens in the Israeli areas of Sderot and Ashkelon. (ILKHA)
