The angry crowds chanted slogans expressing their hurt feelings for insulting Islamic sanctities, calling for boycotting and taking serious positions that would limit the repeated attacks that affect the most prominent Islamic sanctities.

The participants affirmed that the violation of Islamic sanctities, foremost of which is the Noble Qur’an and the Messenger Mohammed is one of the warnings and red lines that should not be transgressed. It represents a clear hostility to monotheistic religions.

They explained that this step is a continuation of the series of systematic targeting and insulting to the sanctities of Muslims, starting with the repeated abuses of the greatest Messenger Mohammed, like the use of offensive caricature.

The participants called on all the Muslims and free people in this world to take a firm position in order to prevent such things from happening again and to hold the perpetrators accountable.

During the rally, the Grand Mufti of Yemen, the scholar Shams al-Din Sharaf al-Din, delivered a speech in which he condemned the malicious actions of the enemies of Allah, his Messenger, and his holy book.

He explained that they only resented the Book of Allah because it enjoins truth, monotheism, establishing justice, and spreading true freedom and sublime values.

The Mufti assured that all real Muslims will not give up on the Book of Allah, and the responsibility they bear for this book.

He called on the State of Sweden to take the necessary measures to prevent the recurrence of these malicious practices, otherwise, it is responsible for all that may befall it from all those who love their Islamic religion.

He also called on Islamic countries to end diplomatic relations with Sweden and every country that declares aggression against Islamic sanctities, stressing that it is not permissible for the rulers of Muslims to watch attacks on the Holy Quran without taking strict measures.

The Mufti of Yemen called on the Islamic peoples to move and revolt to defend the Holy Qur’an in the face of all violators of the sanctity of Allah.

During the event, a statement was released condemning in the strongest terms what happened in Sweden fir burning copies of the Book of Allah Almighty, considering this a hostile step in the series of war on Islam. The statement explained that the forces of tyranny and the Zionist lobby controlling the West seek to spread false concepts that offend Allah Almighty. The forces of disbelief seek to spread atheism, to make the truth disappear from life and to distance people from Allah.

The statement clarified that behind this crime is the Zionist lobby that controls the West, calling on the West to liberate itself from the Jewish Zionism that controls them.

The rally statement made it clear that the repeated hostilities the West is witnessing against Islamic sanctities reflect the moral and political bankruptcy of Western governments, stressing that the Swedish government must bear the consequences of this heinous crime, as it allowed the organization of burning the Holy Quran and must release an official apology to all Muslims nationwide.

The statement called on the people of the Islamic nation to work to form a global opinion that would prevent the recurrence of these violations against Islam and its sanctities.

Moreover, the statement called on all Islamic countries to act in defense of Islam and take decisive punitive measures against those who violate Islamic sanctities, calling for a boycott of Sweden and the expulsion of its ambassadors from Islamic countries. (ILKHA)
