In a press statement, the Movement said that such a raid is a failing attempt to change the history and Islamic identity of the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The Movement reiterated that the Palestinian people’s struggle against the settler-colonial occupation and its fascist extremist government will continue, adding that Palestinians will always defend their lands and holy sites until liberation and return.
For his part, the preacher of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, Sheikh Ekrima Sabri affirmed that Ben Gvir’s raid into Al-Aqsa is a “treachery and crime that aims at seizing control of the holy site”.
Earlier in the morning, the zionist regime's far-right national security minister Itamar Ben-Gvir stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Occupied Jerusalem under tight police protection.
Ben-Gvir toured the site for 13 minutes under heavy security measures, according to Jerusalemite sources. (ILKHA)
