At least 8 dead, 19 missing in Philippines floods

The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said that two people died in the Bicol region on the main Luzon Island, while four died in northern Mindanao.

Meanwhile, 19 people were reported missing, while three were injured.

Nearly 46,000 people have been evacuated from their homes, NDRRMC said. (ILKHA)
