Construction cost in Turkey rises by 117 pct—statistical agency

The construction cost index increased by 117.07% annually and by 3.44% monthly, the Turkish Statistical Institute said in a statement on Monday.

In October, the construction cost index (CCI) increased by 3.44% compared with the previous month and increased by 117.07% compared with the same month of the previous year.

The material index increased by 3.88% and the labor index increased by 1.94% compared with the previous month.

Also, the material index increased by 128.41%, and the labor index increased by 85.65% compared with the previous year.

The material index increased by 3.49% and the labor index increased by 1.91% compared with the previous month.

Also, the material index increased by 125.08%, and the labor index increased by 85.84% compared with the previous year.
