At the meeting, Badri thanked the United Nations for the humanitarian aid to the Afghans and urged that the humanitarian aid should be carried out in coordination with the government departments.
“Afghanistan, besides humanitarian aid, needs support in development sectors of the country,” Badri noted.
For her part, the head of UNAMA, stressed the importance of the protection of economic stability in Afghanistan, the creation of the national budget and the implementation of development activities in addition to the regular budget.
She reaffirms that the United Nations will continue its positive interaction and humanitarian aid with Afghanistan. (ILKHA)
