Orphans Foundation to build orphanage in Afghanistan

Afghanistan’s Urban Development and Land Ministry has allocated a plot of land to the Orphans Foundation for an orphanage planned to be built in Afghanistan.

Hamdullah Nomani, Acting Minister of Urban Development and Lands, Fikri Karavil, the head of the Orphans Foundation, as well as other senior officials attended the signing ceremony held for the land allocation protocol.

The event started with the recitation from Holy Quran by Mahmood Nasratullah, the Deputy Minister of Urban Development and Lands.

Giving information about the details of the orphanage project, Nomani noted that 20 decares of land was allocated for the construction of the orphanage.

Deputy Minister Mahmood Nasratullah stated that they started a joint effort to build the orphanage and expressed his satisfaction with the charitable activities of the Orphans Foundation in Afghanistan.

Following the statements, Nomani and Karavil signed the protocol for the land allocation.

The event closed with a prayer for the success and blessing of the project. (ILKHA)
