Russian forces kill at least 23 civilians, injure 28 others in Zaporizhzhia Oblast—local official

“The enemy launched a rocket attack on a civilian humanitarian convoy on the way out of the regional center. So far, 23 dead and 28 wounded are known. All civilians, our compatriots,” Zaporizhzhia Oblast Governor Oleksandr Starukh said in a statement on Facebook.
