The nearly encyclopaedic book adorned with stunning visuals of Türkiye, which was displayed throughout the week at a promotion stand at the entrance of the New York Türkevi Centre, was presented as a gift to distinguished guests, especially international politicians and diplomats who were invited to the programmes and events.
The Türkiye book, prepared by the Directorate of Communications Publishing along with a 12-volume set, covers the subjects of “An Outline of Türkiye, Türkiye in the World, and Other Public Services” in three main sections and sixteen chapters.
Every head of state or government and every delegate President Erdoğan met during the first week of the United Nations General Assembly received a copy of this book, which opens with an introduction penned by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and a foreword by the Presidency's Director of Communications Fahrettin Altun.
The Greek and French translations have been added to the book titled "Islands Under Demilitarized Status," which is a part of a book set prepared in Turkish and English so that local and foreign guests can learn all the information about Türkiye in detail, as this is one of the country's most vital foreign policy issues.
The Turkish nation's humanitarian assistance to African peoples, as well as the extent and enormous potential of cooperation between Türkiye and Africa under the leadership of President Erdoğan, are explored in the book "Türkiye's Friendly Hand to Africa”, which is included in the set.
In the set that the Directorate of Communications has meticulously prepared in terms of both content and visual aspects, there are books on the country's international agenda and vision, such as "Türkiye's Fight Against Terrorism," "Humanitarian Diplomacy," "Türkiye's Eastern Mediterranean Strategy," and "The Safe Harbour Türkiye's Call to the World."
